After you’ve completed your camper’s permission form, the second step is to fill out the registration forms. Camp of the Hills requires a lot of information to best serve your camper, so there are 7 pages to fill out. Please complete them all. After you finish the registration forms, you’ll be taken to a page to pay your $100.00 fee. This fee is all you’ll be asked to pay; Urban Outreach pays the remainder required by Camp of the Hills and provides bus transportation to the camp. Once your fee has been paid, you will have completed the registration process.

Payment Options

Once you’ve turned in your application and paid the one-time fee, your registration will be confirmed. Space is limited, so please apply and pay early to reserve a spot for your camper(s).
